FORT MOSTA REVISITED – POSTPONED INDEFINITELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

Were you on the last Fort Mosta visit? If you were, you would know that the visit was cut short due to a bomb scare which the AFM EOD unit was called out to investigate.

The AMACS historical visits team has managed to secure another tour of the fort, which will take place at 09:00am on Sunday 29th March. This time we will be getting the full monty, including entering the areas below the fort, with a historical account delivered by a guide.

If you would like to attend, please send an email or message to the AMACS office at info@amacs-malta.org to book your place. Kindly note that we MUST know numbers in advance to compile a definite attendance list by Tuesday 24th March which we have to forward to AFM.

There is no actual charge for the visit but we are asking attendees for a voluntary contribution of 5 euro. The money collected will be given to the guide on the day as he will be giving up his Sunday for us.

All attendees must bring their Maltese ID cards with them and will be required to sign an AFM waiver form on the day. Without this, you will not be permitted entry.

Do not hang about – book your place today. We expect this visit to be highly subscribed and we can only take a maximum of 25 people!

We are also open to organising an a la carte lunch at a popular restaurant in Naxxar following the tour. Are you interested in joining us? Let us know and we will book places.
